SilkAir is excited to announce the further expansion of our network, with non-stop flights between Singapore and Hiroshima, Japan, set to commence on 30 Oct 2017. This brings the total number of destinations on our network to 54 cities in 16 countries.
Hiroshima is a popular destination among travellers, thanks to its historical significance, favourable weather and proximity to various attractions in neighbouring cities. It is also home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Itsukushima Shrine and the A-Bomb Dome of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial.
Our new service to Hiroshima, MI868, will run three times a week, on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It will be operated with our fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which features both Business and Economy class cabins.
